What the job looks like here
Pasadena has a lot of historic buildings in Old Pasadena and along Colorado Blvd, where cabling has to be routed carefully and neatly, next to newer medical and research offices on the east side.
For wi-fi & wireless networks that means we plan around historic storefronts, medical offices, research and lab space and professional suites on Lake Ave and quote from a real walk-through, not a guess.
What the install covers

What we check first
- Walk the floor with a meter to find dead zones and interference
- Count users, devices and what they do on the network
- Check where power and cable can reach for access points
FAQ
Wi-Fi & Wireless Networks in Pasadena
Why is my Wi-Fi slow even with a new router?
Usually one consumer router is trying to cover a space built for several access points, or the uplink cabling is the bottleneck. A survey shows exactly where the gaps are.
Can you cover a warehouse or a yard?
Yes. Outdoor-rated access points and directional antennas cover yards, loading docks and parking lots.
Do you install the brand we already use?
Yes. We install and configure UniFi, Aruba, Meraki, Ruckus and most commercial gear.
Do you do wi-fi & wireless networks anywhere in Pasadena?
Yes: Old Pasadena, the Playhouse District, East Pasadena, South Lake and Hastings Ranch, plus nearby cities.
Is the survey free?
Yes. We walk the space and send a fixed written quote.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and we've been doing this work in Southern California since 2010.
